The Purposes of the Festival |

| 1. To provide an occasion for the students and teaching faculty at BFA and at some other Film |
| and TV schools in China to appreciate and learn from the works of students from all over the |
| world. |
| 2. To strengthen personal and professional exchanges between Film and TV schools around the |
